Recruitment

Congratulations for our server being recently stable. HLstatsX seem to be working properly, the reg is fine and the player capacity seems just right. Although the settings or configs of the server might be a little iffy, we'll fix it eventually. The biggest problem is how empty it is. We're encouraging recruitment to our server, they dont have to be good, just regulars to help populate our server and also to attract the ones that have potential to join the -inFamous- Scrim Team.
